Buddy is the principal of Low & Associates.

He began his legal career in Malaysia before moving to Melbourne, Victoria in 2006 to further his studies and thereafter to continue with his legal career in Melbourne.

As a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with over 16 years’ experience, he has acted for a diverse range of institutional and private commercial clients with a focus in building and construction law disputes. Other areas of disputes involved are commercial and contractual matters, corporate law, trade practices, corporate insolvency, medical negligence, professional negligence and defamation. He has represented clients in State and Federal courts, and in tribunals, arbitrations and mediations. He also advised clients in negotiating and drafting of commercial contracts.

Buddy has a strong passion and drive for dispute resolution – be it by way of litigation or alternative dispute resolution methods – arbitration or mediation.

When he is not practising law, he is a doting father to his 2 little girls and his maltese-poodle.
